Tizzy was a bartender Operator that worked in The Yellow Tulip's bar. Morgan Yu finds it already destroyed behind the counter. Tizzy carries Q-Beam cells, The Yellow Tulip supply closet keycard and spare parts (if Dismantle ability is unlocked).
